Day 42 epilogue: conversation with Dave H from Limon, CO

I had a 30 minute conversation by mobile with Dave Hersh, who you'll recall parted company with us back in Eads, CO to take a more direct route to meet his friend in Denver. He made it the 82 miles from Eads to Limon tonight and is staying a motel ($45 single). I was quite impressed because according to his description he had a headwind and rolling terrain - much harder than our tailwind and 63 miles. Tomorrow he will arrive in Castle Rock, CO where there are 2 warm showers hosts, and then just 20 miles the following day to his friend's place in Denver.
