Day 38 arrival in Ness City, KS

David, Mag and I arrived in Ness City seeking lodging. Greg had called the police station in Ness City to help us find lodging and reported to us that he found some lodging. We got the fire chief's number and he let us stay in the fire station but the only available shower option was the swimming pool, and it had a cold shower, so we went to the Derrick Inn ($60 for 3) instead. The Derrick Inn was nice, with a hotel like atmosphere and free wi-fi, though the pool and hot tub were cold so we didn't swim.
