Day 37 09:45 - 21 miles more on hwy 56

We got up at about 0530. I shopped this morning at Wal Mart for groceries (the only food store I saw) rather than last night because the Red Coach Inn did not have a fridge. We had a light breakfast and were on the road by just after 7. We have seen a new crop in the fields: milo rather than corn and soy as in Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. Milo is used mainly for animal feed as I understand.
