Day 92 (Sat 10/07) Davis, CA to Winters, CA

It is hot today. I've become so used to cold go the mountains now I an overheating.

I hung out in Davis which is full of cyclists at least in the downtown and UC Davis areas. I must have looked at 5 different bike shops for a pump but I didn't see one that caught my fancy (I considered the Topeak mountain morph, a larger version of the Road Morph Mag has, but it doesn't have a pressure gauge). So, I bought a $5 pump at Ace since I need to carry something.

Now I'm off again on the bike path to Winters through farm country. I haven't heard from Mag but I assume she is in Napa somewhere. There is a headwind.
