Port Jervis

I made it to Port Jervis. The first hour of cycling today was tough (last night I slept from about 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM, probably because I was so worked over yesterday) before I noticed the brake pad rubbing again that I was too tired to fix yesterday. So I was working on that for a while, then my tire blew. This was the tire I rode across the country in 2004 and for 2 years since then so I wasn't upset. I certainly got good use out of it. Unfortunately my map was destroyed in a flash rain.

I just spoke with Maggie. To get to NY on time I'm going to take the MTA commuter train. I'm outta here! Then I'll have a few days to see the city and meet Maggie's friends.
